Terms of Service

By creating an Orem account or using the Orem apps you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Orem measures how often AI answer engines mention a brand, and reports that over time. Measurements are statistical samples, not exhaustive counts: answer engines are non-deterministic and their outputs change, so figures are estimates with a stated confidence interval, not guarantees.

Where a provider key is not configured, an engine runs in a clearly-labelled deterministic simulation. Simulated results are marked as such in the interface and must not be presented as live measurements.

• Give accurate registration details and keep them current.
• Keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• New accounts may require approval before first sign-in.
• Tell us promptly at help@getorem.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or another tenant's data;
• probe, scan or load-test the service without written permission;
• resell or redistribute the service without an agreement;
• use it to generate misleading content about third parties.

• Paid plans are billed in advance for the stated period.
• Renewal is not automatic. Each period is a fresh payment you authorise; we email a reminder before a period ends.
• If a period lapses without payment, the account moves to the free plan after a short grace period. Your data is retained.
• Cancelling takes effect immediately and is not refunded for the remainder of a paid period.
• Plan limits — prompts, engines and monthly samples — are enforced; exceeding them requires an upgrade.

You keep all rights to the brands, prompts and other content you enter. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service — to store it, send prompts to answer engines, and produce your reports. We do not use it to train AI models.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, third-party outages and provider rate limits can interrupt measurement. Orem depends on external AI providers, and we are not responsible for their availability or output.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. Orem does not warrant that measurements are complete or error-free, nor that acting on a recommendation will improve your visibility.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.

You may stop using Orem and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or where required by law — with notice, unless the breach makes that impractical.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the app before taking effect; continuing to use Orem afterwards means you accept them.
